Measure the fabric requirements with a tape measure. Add two inches to all sides to staple the new fabric under the cushions. Cut the chair back and the seat cushion pieces from the fabric.
Put the massage office chair back the fabric piece on a flat surface face down. Place the back piece over the fabric and center it. Start stapling the fabric on the chair back. Place the first staple in the center of an edge. Tighten the fabric straight away from the first staple on the opposite edge. Repeat with the remaining two edges. Make sure that some fabric covers the plugs on the pillows that need to be inserted back into the chair to put the chair together. Cut off excess fabric. Slide the seat and seat backrests back to their seats on the chair. With careful pressure, they should snap back in place to end the reupholstering project.
