Rattan swivel chair – Are you tired of the color or finish on your chairs rattan? You do not have to live with furniture you do not love. Rotting and basket are quite easy to refinish with just a little color. Be sure to take this project off. Spray-paint tends to travel and can easily float over a room, destroying everything in its path.
Instructions
Move the rattan swivel chair outside on a cloth; put it down on four legs. Cover all adjacent surfaces that you do not want to destroy with spray paint. Clean the seat with mild soap and water. Remove any residue from the chair and allow it to dry completely. Sand the chair with medium sandpaper. Sand just enough to create a certain texture on the surface that allows the color to attach.
Remove abrasive dust with damp rags and allow the chair to dry completely. Select an interior / exterior spray paint in any color. Spray paint rattan swivel chair starts with the top. Apply 3 to 4 thin layers of paint, making each layer dry before touching another, usually 30 to 40 minutes. Allow the chair to dry for an hour and then turn the chair over. Repeat the painting process with the lower half of the chair.
Tips and warnings
Use fine gravel sandpaper to sand out any thawing marks created during spraying. Carefully slip the drip mark and stir with a fine tip brush.
