Examine branch where you will hang your slipcovered swivel chair. The branch must be healthy and strong enough to keep your weight and the weight of the chair. Buy a chain and two quick links that can support your weight. Set a hardware or building delivery sales store associates which size of the chain should be able to keep your weight. The length of the chain will depend on how high your tree and how far you want the hammock chair dangle from the ground.
Slip one end of the chain through any thick plastic tube. When you hang the slipcovered swivel chair from a tree, plastic hose will protect the wood from the tough metal chains. Without plastic pipes, the chain can begin to eat through the tree branch and separate it from the tree. Put a roast underneath that branch and climb it while holding the chain. Loop the end of the chain with plastic pipes around the branch. Connect the end of the chain to the other side with one of the quick links, secure the access network. Step off the steps and connect the second quick link to the dangling end of the chain. Connect the hammock chair’s connection loop to the quick link.
